Camila is excited to be joining Roundabout this year!
Camila has an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (2024) and a BA in Theatre Arts from Santa Clara University (USA, 2017). She is HCPC registered and a BADth member.
Prior to her training in dramatherapy, Camila was a live-in care assistant working with adults with learning disabilities and autism in an intentional living community. Her previous experiences of connection and relationship inform her work as a therapist, and she welcomes each person’s unique self and world into the dramatherapy space.
Camila has worked within a variety of settings with both adults and young people as a dramatherapist. She believes that dramatherapy is a tool for creativity and healing for many different people and can be adapted and transformed to meet each person’s needs within therapy.
