The Four Dragons

A tale of how the four great rivers of China were formed, with four dragons: the Long Dragon, the Yellow Dragon, the Black Dragon and the Pearl Dragon. Their concern for the people on earth, praying for rain, prompt them to ask the Jade Emperor for help. When he refuses to help the four dragons take matters into their own hands, willing to sacrifice themselves for others. Our thanks to Fairytales.com for their kind permission to share this story.
