In April 2020, 27 of our staff and their families took on 33 different challenges as part of the 2.6 Challenge. Why not try a similar challenge, we hope our video will inspire you.

The Central School of Speech and Drama graduates ran the Wolf Run to raise money for Roundabout Dramatherapy in September 2018. It was a muddy 10k obstacle course and Lynn was there at the end to meet the Wolf Runners! We called ourselves the Wolf Pack – a tribute to the Wolf Run and also the wonderful book, The Women Who Run With The Wolves.

Top Tips for Fundraising

  • The more people who know about your fundraising event, the more people who can help.
  • Ask everyone you can to spread the word. Promote you event with posters, social media, local newspapers and radio stations. If you need any assistance with a press release please get in touch with Rachel Livingstone
  • You might like to approach local businesses to see if they can support you fundraising. They may be willing to donate raffle prizes, refreshments for sponsored events, provide a space to use if you include them on the publicity for your event.
  • We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator, who provide a wealth of guidance on their website for organising events here

Students at Royal Holloway University held cake sales for a week, to raise funds for Roundabout. Their bakes raised £137.20 to support Roundabout’s work

How to pay in your donations

You can donate via Roundabout’s Just Giving page

You can also set up your own Roundabout Just Giving Page fundraising page, so different individuals can make donations. Please visit our Just Giving Page here and click on the orange ‘Fundraise for us’ button, in the top right corner.
