Bronwen was a civil servant for over 30 years until her retirement in January 2011. She spent most of her career in the Home Office and Department for Communities and Local Government working across a variety of different policy areas, latterly in programme managing community empowerment and housing work streams. She has a lifelong interest in drama and storytelling which is one of the reasons she was delighted to become a Roundabout trustee. She has been a trustee since early 2008.
