Nikita holds a level three in British Sign Language and has many years of support work experience with children and adults with various disabilities, particularly those with ASD and some with mental health difficulties.

Nikita joined Roundabout in 2021 and will be working therapeutically with young children in educational settings. In addition to this she will be working as a practitioner with teenagers struggling to manage their mental health.
