STOP PRESS……STOP PRESS….. News update : Stavroulla, Jeannie. Lina, Toby and Xav all completed our marathons. It wasn’t easy, with Lina & Jeannie navigating some last min changes to their route and a very wet start. Our thanks to the Roundabout team who kept us going with texts, phone calls and refreshments on our routes. When the going got tough an encouraging message made all the difference. Our thanks to everyone who has so generously donated, we’re all very grateful

“My daughter missed year 7 due to high anxiety. Through her weekly sessions the dramatherapist got to know my daughter and built trust, so that my daughter felt safe and confident to open up about matters which were bothering her. She equipped my daughter to not only know how to react to a situation but understand why she may be feeling this way, so as to get a better way of understanding herself. She has encouraged her to think and react independently to situations. My daughter felt confident going into her GCSE s which is highly significant as when I reflect back to year 7 it was unclear how my daughters schooling would progress. The dramatherapist’s guidance has helped my daughter realise her capabilities and know she capable of achieving her goals.” Parent of year 8 student who has received dramatherapy support.
